10 April 2017 Alexey Ryabinkin appointed CEO of Mikhailov & Partners Strategic Communications

Alexey Ryabinkin has been appointed CEO of Mikhailov & Partners Strategic Communications. He previously held the position of Managing Director and Deputy CEO.

Alexey is known to the market and clients as a strong professional who has led the implementation of a range of projects in different areas of communications. In his new role, Alexey will be responsible for building on client relations and improving the Agency’s internal business processes.

Alexey’s professional career in strategic communications began in 2002. In the space of 12 years he climbed all the steps in the career ladder at Mikhailov & Partners, where over 200 communications projects in Russia and abroad have been delivered with his direct participation and under his management. Before joining the Agency Alexey headed the press service at CHTPZ Group.

Svetlana Gorevaya, who previously held the position of CEO of Mikhailov & Partners Strategic Communications, will move to the NOVACOM Group to take on responsibility for devising an investment project in the Digital Technology sector.

Svetlana began working in the Group in 2011, heading up the BTS branding agency and the Knowledge Management Center research agency. She led the Mikhailov & Partners Strategic Communications Agency from April 2014 to April 2017. Svetlana has many years of hands-on management experience. Over a period of more than 15 years she held various management positions at Xerox: from 1998 to 2003, as Marketing Director, Xerox Russia & CIS; and from 2003, as head of the company’s new consulting and outsourcing business (Xerox Global Service) in Russia, Ukraine and a number of foreign countries (Romania, Bulgaria).
